Burbank, CA / Union City, CA — Bryant Ranch Prepack, Inc., a Burbank, California–based provider of repackaged pharmaceutical products and physician dispensing services, has acquired RPK Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Union City, California–based pharmaceutical repackager serving dispensing practitioners nationwide.
RPK Pharmaceuticals, owned by Rich Mangini and Mike Losasso, operates through its Pharmedix® division and has provided pharmaceutical repackaging and in-office dispensing systems since 1984. The company serves healthcare providers across more than 40 states and is licensed and regulated by the FDA, DEA, and applicable state agencies.
Founded in 2004, Bryant Ranch Prepack, Inc. is a family-oriented operator in the physician dispensing and pharmaceutical repackaging industry, supplying unit-of-use medications to clinics and medical practices nationwide. The company operates from a licensed facility in California and maintains distribution capabilities across all 50 states.
The acquisition was led on behalf of Bryant Ranch by Fred Ganjian, who managed the transaction process for the buyer.
